In his third release, singer-songwriter Matthew Quinet teamed up with local Austin musicians Ethan Bachrach (Drums) and Mitch Chandler (Bass) to form the band formerly known as The Foundation.
After playing for a couple years together around Austin and San Antonio,TX they decided to record with San Marcos/Martindale, TX native and multi talented musician/ producer/ engineer/ David Beck.

The Foundation disbanded with Quinet moving to Nashville before the album could be released.
"Clevenger" is Quinet's late grandmother's maiden name, and was chosen to pay homage to her and her loving memory.
Mary Alice (Clevenger) Bea passed during the making of the album.
